Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Some products, such as personal care items, customised products, or digital products, may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
