The Super General 2.5 Ton T3 Piston Split Air Conditioner (Model: SGS320NE) is a heavy-duty, high-capacity wall-mounted cooling system built explicitly for the severe ambient heat of the Gulf region. Trading complex electronic inverter circuitry for a traditional, highly rugged reciprocating piston compressor, this fixed-speed model is engineered for maximum thermal pull-down and raw durability under intense summer climate stress.

Heavy-Duty Reciprocating Piston Compressor

•  Powered by a robust tropical piston mechanism instead of a standard residential rotary core. Piston compressors excel at handling massive head pressures, allowing the system to maintain aggressive, continuous cooling cycles without tripping out or suffering a thermal cutout when ambient temperatures rise above.

Heavy-Duty T3 Compressor

•  Features a reliable piston (reciprocating) compressor rated for T3 tropical climates, ensuring continuous, high-powered cooling even during extreme summer heat.

High-Volume 32,500 BTU/h Thermal Pull-Down

•  While classified in the 2.5-ton footprint, the unit boasts a powerful 32,500 BTU/h nominal capacity. This massive output makes it ideal for rapidly cooling expansive, heat-soaked areas like open-plan living rooms, large majlis spaces, or high-occupancy commercial properties.

Anti-Corrosive Gold Fin Armor

•  The heat exchanger coils are treated with a specialized Gold Fin epoxy protective layer. This shield prevents early oxidation and rust caused by high humidity and coastal salt-air, resists sand abrasion, and accelerates condensate drainage to maintain peak thermal efficiency.

Smart "Follow Me" Room Tracking

• Features an intelligent localized climate sensor built right into the wireless remote control. When activated, the air conditioner balances the room's temperature based on the environment immediately surrounding the remote rather than reading from the high wall unit, focusing cooling power exactly where you sit.

Comprehensive 4-Way Dynamic Air Swing

•  Equipped with fully motorized vertical and horizontal louvers. By executing an automated 4-way sweep, the unit thoroughly mixes indoor air and eliminates localized hot spots, ensuring uniform comfort in deep or wide room layouts.

Auto Leakage Detection & Protection

•  Includes a smart integrated refrigerant leakage identification safety circuit. If the system detects a drop in coolant pressure or a leak in the line, it automatically triggers a shutdown protocol to protect the compressor from dry-running damage.

Self-Cleaning Hygiene Loop

•  To prevent musty odors and bacterial growth inside your ventilation stream, the automated self-clean cycle manages residual moisture across the evaporator coils post-operation, drying them thoroughly before the unit fully shuts down.

Comfort Settings

•  Includes convenient modes such as Turbo Mode for rapid cooling, Sleep Mode for quiet, temperature-controlled operation, and Auto-Restart to resume previous settings after power outages.

Design

• Sleek, modern white finish with a built-in LED display on the indoor unit.
